Are you a passionate social media mastermind looking to take over the world?

Then let’s talk.

Who are we?

Brophy Media is a fabulous storytelling studio. We offer end-to-end digital content solutions including strategy, creative, production, media buying, and creative consultation.

We are based in a Redfern, a short walk from Redfern Station in a bright & colourful, light-filled studio.

What’s this role all about?

We are looking for a self-motivated organisational wiz to join our boutique agency to assist with our expanding portfolio of lifestyle, fashion & wellness clients.

This would be THE opportunity for someone who knows social media inside and out; who lives and breaths data and analytics; and who is excited about supporting the creative process through the implementation of – and constant improvement of – management systems.

The role will allow you to work directly with the CD and have access to key stakeholders in every project we work on. As such professionalism, polish, and attention to detail is a must.

The boutique agency experience would be ideal for someone who has come up in the corporate space, has strong processes and practices in place – but is looking to spread their wings, as this role can expand to encapsulate ‘creative’ and ‘production’.

This role is initially PART-TIME 20 hours per week (2 days + SM check-ins daily) with the scope to expand to being FULL TIME.

The role can be done in part remotely, but the successful applicant would ideally be based in Sydney (we are in Redfern) in order to complete some days in-studio.
